Volunteer Consulting Group

Hard questions, answered in eight weeks.

Student consultants from the University of Tennessee, working with Knoxville’s nonprofits and small businesses.

Why we exist

Most nonprofits and small businesses in Knoxville will never hire a consulting firm. Most students never work on a real problem before they graduate. VCG puts the two in the same room.

Who we are

A student-run consulting group. Small teams of University of Tennessee undergraduates take on one question for one organization, and stay with it until the answer is something the client can use.

Students

Any major and any year. We look for people who write clearly, are comfortable with numbers, and finish what they start.
